The hotel was excellent and great with absolutely perfect location close to the mountain, shops/restaurants, and Maroon Bells. The beds were big, the room was huge & well-appointed. The view of town and the mountain was exceptional, liked it.

It is in stunning location to an upscale ski resort, set steps away from the hotel. Its staff are extremely friendly.

We recently had a last-minute stay at The Residences and were blown away by the level of service we received. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate us after our original hotel made a mistake with our reservation. They even helped us retrieve our lost bags from the airport and recommended some amazing hiking trails. We felt like VIPs from the moment we arrived until the moment we left. I highly recommend this hotel for its fantastic service and attention to detail.

My room was well-appointed and reasonably large with a great view of town and the mountain. The location was amazing and perfect for exploring Aspen. Actually everything was excellant, my next choice again in Aspen.

We had an amazing time staying at this luxury residence. The location was perfect, within walking distance of everything downtown, and the gondola that goes up Aspen Mt. The room was spacious and beautiful, with immaculately clean bathrooms. The service was outstanding, with helpful and polite staff. The continental breakfast was delicious and the rooftop pool offered a breathtaking view of the mountains. The facilities were top-notch, making our stay extra special.

We had an amazing New Year's stay at this hotel in a prime location. The staff was friendly and helpful, providing us with a thorough tour of the property and assisting us with any arrangements we needed. The room was excellent, clean, and well-appointed. The hotel's location right at the base of the main chairlift was a huge advantage, especially for skiing enthusiasts. We also enjoyed the complimentary afternoon snacks, a great perk for our stay.

The only downside was the high price of the hotel. While it was worth the luxurious experience, it may be a deterrent for some budget-conscious travelers.

Luxurious stay with great service and outstanding amenities. Ideal for outdoor activities such as hiking and cycling. Spectacular views of the mountains and close to the ski lifts. Enjoyed the rooftop Jacuzzis and warm pool, spacious living area, tasteful furniture, lovely artwork, and full-featured gym.

The food and drinks were quite expensive, and there were limited options for dining. the hotel lacked a casual cafe or lounge with a comfortable setting to relax and grab a quick bite.

Free bikes and snow bikes with helmets provided. Smores kits for roasting at fire pits. Valet staff took excellent care of our pet. Staff went above and beyond to make our stay amazing. Superb location. Good breakfast options. an amazing experience.
